Ranbir and Katrina are in love

The veil from their relationship has finally been removed. Its only a matter of time for the duo to make official that they are in love. They have taken their friendship to the next level. It all started during the shooting of ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahini’. Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif came closer and their growing fondness can be measured from their exchange of gifts, text messages, constant phone calls.

After the success of ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahini’, Ranbir gifted Katrina a pendant. Katrina even visited Kapoor’s house and gelled well with them. The source adds, "She's worked with his dad in Namastey London so there's a feeling of comfort. Ranbir is extremely close to his mom and doesn't do anything she won't approve. So getting her approval is extremely important for him."

After Katrina was down with low hemoglobin, Ranbir constantly kept a tab on her health. He sent flowers to her and asked her to take it easy.

Katrina Kaif is even looking for a house next to Ranbir’s.

Actress Katrina Kaif is on a promotional spree. The actress is making all efforts to garner as much support as she can for her forthcoming film Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani.

As part of her promotional activity, she interacted with her fans in Kolkotta and shared her shooting experience for the film.

She says, “We stayed in Ooty for 45 days and the experience was almost like trying one’s patience. Except for one or two south Indian channels, there was nothing to watch on TV and, besides shooting for the film, there was nothing we could do to pass the time.”

When asked about the story of the film, Katrina says that Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani is a simple love story told in a very unusual manner.

Talking about her chemistry with Ranbir, she says that she enjoyed shooting with him but the most annoying thing was that Ranbir jokes around all the time.

Says she, “He likes to make everyone laugh on the sets. It’s good fun but there are times when you need to be serious because you are playing some serious role. But Ranbir goes on making fun and masti.”

Bollywood's hearthrob Ranbir Kapoor, who has romanced glam dolls like Deepika Padukone, Bipasha Basu and Minissha Lamba on the big screen, will be for the first time wooing a much elder actress Konkona Sen Sharma in the forthcoming film Wake Up Sid.

The director of the movie Ayan Mukherjee has said in one of his interviews that he took Ranbir and Konkona's pairing as a challenge. Many of his friends and well-wishers were not supportive of this "odd" pairing, but the director feels that once the movie releases, the doubt will also end.

Movie buffs and critics were also very cynical about the Ranbir-Bipasha pairing in Bachna Ae Haseeno. But once the film released this pair became a hit.

Ayan has also rubbished reports that Konkona will be seen in a plain Jane avatar in the movie. Ayan feels offended when people refer to Konkona as "not so good looking". He describes Konkona as the “most gorgeous woman” he’s met.

It will be the first movie in which Ranbir and Katrina Kaif[More hot Photos] will act together. Though Rajkumar Santoshi is famous for his intense love stories, but this is reported to be a comic caper.

Ranbir plays two distinct characters similar to Charlie Chaplin and Raj Kapoor. His character will be in sync with modern times. The depressed lover-boy hopelessly in love with the idea of being in love.

Katrina Kaif has said the character she is playing in the film closely resembles what she is in real life. A little lost, a little out of it. The film sees her trendy side.
The movie is scheduled to release by the end of 2009.
